Should
Jersey Channel Islands Judges preside over the child
abuse or possible child murder Court case/cases?

The
Jersey Channel Islands Way:
I
stood for election in St Peters Parish in 1999 and said then that I
wanted to fight the corruption that I saw was going on in Jersey.
Obviously I
didn't get elected, probably because I am straight and everyone who
knows me
knows that I would not be swayed by a back hander of any kind. I could tell you things
that would make your
hair curl. For
example: If I had paid
the backhander that John Le Suer wanted when he was head of the then
IDC
(Island Development Committee now called planning department) I would
have had
planning permission for a property on my land in St Peters Parish. The back hander I was
offered was a leg over
(yes that does mean sex, he wanted me to be a prostitute for his
personal
pleasure) and £100,
000, 00 cash in his back pocket. There was no way I was ever
going to have sexual relations with that revolting grotty repulsive
man, and I
didn’t
have the kind of money he asked for either, and even if I’d
had the money I
would not have paid him!

The bookshops in Jersey have not stocked it and I have had
people coming
back to me to say that the bookshops have refused to get it in for
them, and
have told them to order it on the Internet.
Cover
ups and injustice are according to the Jersey grapevine common
place in Jersey. I went to court on one occasion with my husband, we
were both
witnesses to a Planning Department official’s
visit to a property in Jersey, a
fact the Planning Department Official denied in a closed Jersey Court.
My
Husband gave truthful evidence to the fact the Planning Department
Official had
been present at this property. I knew this was the truth because I had
seen him
there myself. However
the Judge‘s
decision was
that no Government Planning Department Official would lie Because
the case in question was held behind closed doors no media coverage was
done
what-so-ever.
Now
my point is that if the child abuse case is heard by a resident
Jersey Judge how can it be guaranteed there will not be a cover up of
the cover
up. Especially as I
have personally seen
a Jersey Judge take the world of a Government official (as detailed
above) over
that of an independent honest witness, judgment being given in favour
of a
Jersey States Department. So
one has to
wonder if there is any Jersey resident Judges who would actually rule
against
Officials in any States Departments.
If
enough of us stand up and fight for justice in the island of Jersey
anything is possible. People
need to
stop being afraid to speak out about the things which are wrong, the
fuel of
cover ups is fear of repercussions if we speak out, so speaking out is
the way
to put a stop to the cover ups!
All
Jersey people are equal, but are some more equal than others? The
answer to that one is yes, and to understand why this is the case just
read the
book ‘Animal
Farm’!
